Bill also is involved with real estate investing and he’s successfully completed several fix and flips in the Denver market. The investment game to Bill is a moving target, which means staying up on trends for rental property options both locally and out of state. His primary focus is on customer satisfaction and education. Bill utilizes his understanding of the Denver market to be an advocate and guide in helping his clients meet their needs from buying & selling, to acquiring that first income producing property.

When away from real estate Bill can be found doing a variety of family/sports activities with his wife and two kids, out back patio grilling on his various smokers/grills, collecting bourbons and scotches, hanging with friends at live music, dining around town with his wife, and enjoying the various outdoor activities in Colorado with hiking and skiing at the top of the list.
